I started with a degree in computer science and I’m now completing a master’s in IT project management at an engineering school. I use both every day: the first to build things, the second to deliver them on time, on budget and with people on board.
Today I work at an IT services company on projects for large accounts. It taught me the discipline of demanding environments: documentation, security, incident management, testing before going live.
Before that, I worked at a large public-interest company, alongside the teams who used the tools every day. That’s where I learned that well-designed software nobody adopts is useless, and that an hour spent listening to users saves ten hours of development.
ONCE Conseil brings both sides of that experience to small businesses and agencies in north-eastern France and Luxembourg.
