Data collected

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, phone, type of request and message. If you book a slot, the scheduling tool collects your name and email under its own privacy policy.

Purpose and legal basis

To answer your request and, where relevant, prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR article 6.1.b).

Retention

Three years from our last exchange if no business relationship follows, in line with CNIL guidance.

Recipients

Your data is only shared with Joshua Figay. It passes through the host’s servers (OVH, France). It is never sold or used for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers, which is why you see no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@once-conseil.fr. You can also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
