I look after IT for businesses, from freelancers to SMEs

Salons, tradespeople, accounting firms, estate agents: when IT gets in the way, bookings and billable hours go down the drain. I take care of your tools, fix what keeps dragging on and help you choose the right software.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Passwords live on sticky notes or in a shared spreadsheet.

One former employee or one break-in is all it takes for that to get very expensive. I set up a shared password manager and two-factor authentication on sensitive accounts.

  • You paid for management software, but the team still does everything by hand.

You pay twice: the subscription and the lost time. I rework the configuration with your team and train them so they use it day to day.

  • The same information gets typed into three different tools.

Every re-entry takes time and sooner or later causes mistakes. I connect your tools so each piece of information is entered once.

  • Your old provider no longer answers, or bills every phone call.

Your accounts depend on someone you can no longer reach. I recover them, put them back in your name and document everything.

  • You’re not really sure your backups work.

You’ll find out the day a disk fails or ransomware hits, when it’s too late. I check your backups, set them up if needed and test that they restore.

How I work

No jargon

I explain what I’m doing and why, in words everyone understands.

Fixed price

A written quote before any work starts. For the work it describes, the price quoted is the price paid. If your needs change along the way, we revise the quote together before going further.

Remote first, on site when needed

I mostly work remotely: it’s quicker and costs you less. When the situation calls for it, I travel around Luxembourg, Thionville, Metz and Nancy.

You stay in control

Everything is documented and accounts stay in your name. You can switch providers at any time.

Frequently asked questions

I know nothing about IT. Is that a problem?
Not at all. That’s true of most of my clients. You tell me what’s eating your time, I handle the technical side and explain what I did.
How much does it cost?
Everything is quoted, as a fixed price for a project or a monthly plan for support. The right benchmark is what the problem already costs you: three hours lost a week at €40 an hour adds up to more than €6,000 a year. During the assessment we work that out together before talking about price.
Is a website or a tool worth it for a small business?
You can work it out. Take a hair salon: with online booking and a text reminder the day before, the phone rings less during appointments and fewer clients forget to show up. Two extra appointments a week at €35 is about €3,500 a year. During the assessment we run that sum with your own figures, and if the investment won’t pay for itself, I’ll tell you.
Do you come on site?
When it’s needed, yes: around Luxembourg, Thionville, Metz and Nancy. Most requests are handled remotely, which is quicker and costs you less.
What if I want to stop?
Then you stop. There is no long-term commitment, your accounts are in your name and I hand over all the documentation.
